The artist book Sibil•la is the result of a creative process that arose from an idea by the artist Marta Blasco, with the collaboration of other artists and artisans, including writers, printers, designers and binders, among others, with the aim of creating a unique volume, from diverse visual and aesthetic perspectives, as a tribute to the SIBIL·LA, the mysterious woman who emerges every Christmas Eve from the shadows of time to announce that the earth -the mother- is in danger. And she proclaims that the end of the world can occur at any moment. The project, however, goes far beyond the book itself, and comprises a collection of engravings, paintings, drawings, and copper prints.
